Sold out, thank you!
Our 2020 Painted Pony Energy HOPEthiopia charity calendar has SOLD OUT. Thank you for all your financial and emotional support.
Way back in 2011 Pat Ward (President & CEO of Painted Pony Energy) asked me to design a charity calendar that featured my paintings. Painted Pony would sponsor the calendar (i.e. pay the hard costs and spearhead the marketing campaign) and in exchange for a “donation" one would receive a calendar(s). The chosen charity was HOPEthiopia, a Calgary based charity doing work in Ethiopia and Rwanda (https://www.hopethiopia.com). After our first calendar in 2012 raised $85,000 we were convinced and inspired to continue on. Our 9 calendars (so far) have raised close to $1.1 Million. We also know that 99 cents of every dollar goes directly to the various HOPEthiopia initiatives.
This is the most satisfying professional pursuit Ive ever experienced. Being a team member and realizing such incredible results is extraordinary. Naturally the exposure for my art has also been tremendous. In addition to the 12 months in each calendar, I also have a promo page. I’ve had over 150 of my paintings printed over the 9 calendars (and have never had the same painting printed twice). www.PaulVanGinkel.com

Ethiopia has a population of over 100 million people, however, the President(s) are aware of our initiative and always make the time to meet. Ralph Dubienski (co-founder of HOPEthiopia) is presenting (former) President Girma with our 2013 calendar (that I personalized)
