Congratulations to my sellers and also to our new homeowners for closing on this beautiful home in the Kensington Neighborhood! This listing was a nail biter the second we hit the market because of the popular demand we experienced from interested buyers looking in this area. My phone was off the hook! Luckily, my sellers walked away with more money than expected and a new family has the opportunity to make this home their own! Excited to be apart of the whole process and to be able to share in the joys on both sides of the transaction! Working with Tracy Navarro, Realtor was a treat!
