This site is strategically located on Pima Street, also known as Highway 85, and Butterfield Trail. Butterfield Trail is one of two exits along Interstate 8 for Gila Bend before having to travel further east into Casa Grande.

Gila Bend has a strong Hispanic influence and a growing, working-class population. It is strategically located between Interstate 10 and Interstate 8 along Highway 85. Highway 85 is a major connector between the two interstates which further provides additional logistical opportunities for businesses wanting to serve both Phoenix and Tucson.
