Key responsibilities:

1. Manage FAE and hotline engineer teamwork in the fluent process.

2. Improve engineer team working efficiency based on customer and HQ expectations.

3. Promote the company?brand.

4. Establish further what the local market expects in terms of service for the company.

5. Build good relationships with local customers and installers.

6. Keep up to date with all compatible manufacturers from the local market – establish the most common sources for site issues.

7. Attend regular online meetings with company?HQ to keep up to date with new developments.

8. Gather technical info from customers/competitors and feedback to R&D.

9. Mediate with aggravated cases and settle cases amicably.

10. Potential business development activities with local customers based on company?HQ demands.

11. Frequent local business trip shall be considered.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. Proven experience (3+ years) in a Technical Service Manager role, preferably in the energy storage industry.

3. Rich engineer team management experience in electrical, renewable energy, lithium battery, or related industry.

4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting technical issues.

5. In-depth knowledge of energy storage systems, renewable technologies, and associated hardware/software.

6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

7. Multilingual is preferred, at least native language and English on a professional level.
