Soil Institute of Management is a unit of Grow Talent Company Limited-GTCL.

GTCL was founded in 2000 and became a leader in Strategic HR consultancy services with offices in Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Colombo.

It brought ‘Great Places To Work’ to India and operated it as a practice area from 2002 to 2008.

It formed a JV with Right Management, a unit of MANPOWER Inc in 2006 and transferred its consulting business to this global firm in September 2008.

In October 2008, it set up School Of Inspired Leadership- SOIL and set up its Gurgaon campus and introduced one year full time PG Programs in Business Leadership and HR leadership for professionals with 2-5 years of work experience. These unique Programs with the vision of developing leaders with solid character, competence based on Whole Systems thinking and enthusiasm has 1500 alumni working all over the world.

In 2019, Soil set up its beautiful green campus in Manesar by offering a 2- year full time PGDM in Business Design that offers an interdisciplinary curriculum based on liberal arts, design thinking and management. This campus has captured the imagination of young talent and is receiving thousands of applications for admission and over 500 students are currently studying at this location.

SOIL was co-created by 32 global and local firms including Tata Group, Mahindra, Infosys, Aditya Birla, Unilever, Kohler, Schneider, and L&T.

SOIL has a consulting business that was relaunched after completing the 2 years ‘non- compete’ agreement with Right Management.

It works in the areas of Organizational Transformation and Leadership Development.

Talent appreciation (called assessment by others), succession planning, coaching, Vision, Purpose Values and Culture creation and deployment, High Performance Team development, curating leadership journeys, Leveraging Design thinking, Digital Transformation and Data Science to transform customer and employee experience are all parts of our work.

We offer high quality Executive Education Programs such as the Global Leadership Program for Senior leaders hosted in three, week- long modules in three continents. We do extensive custom- built executive education for several global and large well known Indian firms.

All work is done by leveraging both digital channels and in person on site work with clients.

We have thirty fine full time faculty members and consultants and a team of 50 adjunct faculty and industry experts and associates who lead this work.

We are looking for an Engagement Manager and two Project Leaders who will assist in business development, product and practice development and delivery of services.
