An all-in-one package to assist in the running of a business

A company integrated a suite of 5 systems into 1 platform by developing algorithms to allow all to ‘communicate’. The overall result was an all in one package that allowed a company to run their business from one area, instead of having to switch between numerous individual tools, for eg. a CRM system, a separate book keeping system and a reporting system. The system can grow with your business without having to replace functions and can be accessed from anywhere, allowing the user to view all information even when they are on the go. At the time of development, there was no such software available, meaning business were having to buy multiple products that each had 1 function. The new all in one package allows for multiple functions, saves a lot of time and is extremely cost-effective.

A Booking System

A software company spent a large amount of time developing a booking system bespoke to the hotel industry. The company’s customer would have a regular booking website, but behind that was a booking engine. This booking engine automatically generates reports at the touch of a button, for eg. financial reports, stock reports etc. It also has an automated system that alerts cleaning staff when a hotel room needs preparing, and they are prioritised in order of time required. Additionally, the receptionists are alerted when a booking has been made, and when a room is available for customers to occupy. An invoice system was also added, which automatically invoices and chases payments. These are just some of the features integrated in the system.

A Communication Management System

A new, scalable, software portal was developed that allows the company’s clients to manage all aspects of communication within their business. They can monitor every call, interaction and transfer. The portal can also be utilised during staff training, helping to improve call management and overall customer experience. Additionally, there is an integrated reporting system that automatically generates reports using live statistics and data for each customer the client communicates with. This allows the client to analyse information for improvement and reliability.

A bespoke CRM platform for training providers

A training provider company approached a software developer, requiring a CRM system bespoke to their business. After identifying the needs, the software company developed an all in one, online, platform package that has all the functions the training providers needed. Features range from the initial booking of learners onto courses, through to automatic invoicing and sending out accredited certificates via email once a learner has completed a course.
