The big advantage is also that we have access to projects from anywhere. We can also comment on individual elements of the project, which greatly improves the work of our designers. Thanks to Figma, we can manage files and work on several projects at once.

This program also gives us the opportunity to present the effects of work to our clients. All we have to do is provide a link to the project and our partner has access to the current version of his product. The client can also enter comments directly on the project, which greatly facilitates feedback. We also use the prototyping option to show a clickable version of the design.

Adobe Photoshop

Photoshop is the flagship product of Adobe, it is used to create and process raster graphics. This is one of the most important programs in the work of every graphic designer. Some of the Vision Trust team have created web designs using this program. Currently, Photoshop is used to retouch photos that we place in the project. In addition, we use tools: masking, working with color, transforming objects.

It is worth noting that many functions that we used to perform in Photoshop are now performed in Figma. However, it is worth knowing this program, because its knowledge opens up opportunities for easier assimilation of other similar programs.

Adobe Illustrator

Illustrator is a program that is used to create various graphic forms. We can use it to create, for example: pictograms, various types of graphics, advertising forms.

At Vision Trust, we use Adobe Illustrator to create custom vector illustrations. Again, this is a program that is in addition to our main Figma activities. It often happens that the client asks us for dedicated illustrations. To meet the needs of our partners, we are able to perform such an order.

Adobe After Effects

It is a program for effects and animated graphics. And that's exactly what it does at Vision Trust - it's a frequently used program. Our Motion Designer often puts our ideas in motion.

From a graphic designer's perspective, it's good to know this program. Knowledge of it will facilitate the proper delivery of the graphic design to the next stage - the stage of animation implementation.

Blender

It is a software for modeling and rendering images and three-dimensional animations. If, while working on the project, we find that we would like to use 3D models, then our 3D Artist performs custom projects.

The program is intuitive and easy to use. The most important thing in 3D design is understanding the space. In 3D programs, you can influence almost everything: texture, colors, shape, light, transparency, etc., while knowledge of space and proper perception is something you can learn, but it doesn't come as quickly as familiarizing yourself with the program.

Asana

It's a project management program. It helps our whole team to organize many tasks. Asana offers extensive possibilities for planning, reporting, as well as monitoring the progress of tasks and project implementation.

Thanks to this program, we provide the client with the effects of our work, and the life cycle of each project and individual tasks is transparent and visible at every stage. Asana options allow us to comment, upload files, and also give us control over the process, time and number of tasks assigned to it.

Based on the estimation for a specific project, we introduce individual tasks to Asana. We also give this opportunity to our clients - if during the project, expansion is planned or additional tasks appear, then our client can introduce tasks to the program himself.

At Vision Trust, we have developed a process-based model: backlog, to-do, in progress, review and done. Thanks to this, we immediately know at what stage a specific task is.
