Sometimes, we all need a moment to pause, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves and those around us. This October, our annual Dare to Care Month initiative invited our associates to slow down and focus on the relationships that ground them — whether with family, friends, co-workers, or themselves.?
?With this year’s theme of “Re-connect,” our goal was to create spaces for our associates to explore meaningful connections and communicate openly. The activities included yoga sessions, tree-planting activities, board game nights, and art therapy, among many others. Our associates in Colombia tuned in for an insightful talk about imposter syndrome, while our Bulgarian colleagues enjoyed a session about stress management.??
This month offered plenty of moments for reflection, growth, and genuine reconnection with what truly matters. ???
The next issue will be our final one for this year, so it’s essential to recap all the important moments. We’ll see you then!??
