Is Soft Skills an easy topic for teaching or training?

I have to ask one question that tongue is required for soft skills? or dumb people can also have soft skills?
The objective of soft skills is to make life very consistent, some busy, some free, happy and organized. Soft skill is like water, it is always needed when we are thirsty. Thirst is a consistent part of life therefore soft skills too.
Today, we see a number of graduates who are jobless due to not lack of soft skills but lack of managing soft skills. It means no body is born without soft skills but we need to manage it properly.
There are two kinds of soft skills.
1. Poor soft skills
2. Fair soft skills
How to make our soft skills fair and better for our life, professions and business?
Soft skills is not an easy topic for teaching or training. This requires some fundamental skills to manage and improve them. Environment is a major factor for soft skill development. There are two kinds of environment intrinsic and extrinsic environment.
Intrinsic environment: The environment within a person. If this environment is not affected by the negative influences of external environment. The chances of soft skills of these persons are improving and managing very well. These can be easily trained in soft skills and can adjust and accommodate in various kinds of environments.
Extrinsic environment: The environment which affects the attitude and personality of a person is called extrinsic environment. This is external in nature. The person should change the environment or migrate from the environment or make his/her intrinsic environment very protective so that negative influences never impacts.
Procedure for developing Soft Skills for sustaining in Jobs, Profession and business
1. Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and threats self-assessment is important for every individual.
2. Whatever we act or do, we should be able to explain it systematically. If it’s not we can’t promote our acts.
3. Commitment means commitment. If you are scheduled for an appointment you must present there in time.
4. Create interest in others means you are also interested by them.
5. Try to become good speaker. Learn good books and advertisements. Explain the facts don’t lie.
6. Develop leading and motivating skills by practice it.
7. Always feel limitation and risk of the words. But encourage yourself for speaking good words.
8. Set only those goals which can be achieved, otherwise it can create you stressful life.
9. Unnecessary argument and abusing others are disastrous for soft skills development.
10. It is a big fact making money is not a soft skills. Enjoying doing jobs, profession or business are main objective of soft skills.
11. Learning stress management through various methods such as meditation, yoga or mental peace.
12. If you are abused by somebody, your intrinsic environment does not be influenced by it.
13. Poor earning sometimes makes you poor soft skills but you have to learn to manage soft skills to come out from poverty through making your hard work with ethical practices.
14. Economic analysis is fundamental part of soft skills. Never forget it.
15. Soft skills teaches you “give and take” or “give and not expectation of getting”, “not insulting others”.
16. You should be expert in self-assessment of your own soft skills and other skills. If you are not able to do it, then it may be a big problem for you getting job, approaching customers, becoming good entrepreneur, becoming good professional or even a shopkeeper.

5 年Soft skills are the de facto in today's world.But learning soft skills, as you mentioned, is not everybody's cup of tea. A Systematic approach towards it will enhance the chance of those naysayers who consider it a newfangled luxury only for the elites. I do believe ,? your bold initiative.? in regard to soft skills will certainly discard the myth of many ignorant.
