Sodexo Indonesia's Annual Operations Conference 2023: Driving Team Performance

Stepping onto the stage, Agus Supriyadi , the Operations Director, delivered the Sodexo Value Pledge, a powerful testament to the company's unwavering dedication. The conference covered three operational topics: Enhancing Service Performance, Developing a Coaching Mindset, and Service Quality. Department-specific sessions also addressed important areas such as Finance, HSE, Supply Management, HR, and Subject Matter Expert, covering lesson-learned topics and how we can improve like Employee Value Proposition, Cash Management, Management of Change & Food Safety, Innovation, and Operational Excellence.

Mitchell Naibaho, MBA, CMA , the CEO of Sodexo Indonesia, presented the third topic centered around Service Quality. This comprehensive session provided an overview of service quality standards and guidelines. To bridge the gap between customer expectations and the actual service experience, the session included a working group exercise titled "Mind the Gaps: The SERVQUAL Scale."
