Soda Pop and Added Sugar

Ok, let's talk about the addiction that is soda pop. A few years back some cities received a lot of negative feedback for the sugar tax. See the link below to see information on the sugar tax around the world.

There is also a rumor that the original cola drinks contained cocaine. Coca-cola denies it was in its original product.

Are you a sugar addict?

I was able to give up soda easily because I never drank much of it. The only sodas we drank as kids were 7up or Sprite because they didn't have artificial colors my Aunt always drank Wink,?a primarily grapefruit-based soft drink, although it also contains other citrus flavors.

At my grandparents' house, it was Orange Dry

Now I like flavored seltzer water (unsweetened) or soda with a natural non-sugar sweetener. I try to avoid the pink, blue, and even yellow stuff.
