Sod Turning Ceremony at Eastwood Private Hospital
This week, HSPC Health Architects celebrated the sod turning for Eastwood Private Hospital in Adelaide, with Barwon Investment Partners.
The $90 million development will provide additional healthcare services in the region, offering state-of-the-art facilities and enhancing patient care.
The six-storey development includes a six-theatre floor, 51 patient beds, a multi-level car park, cafe and retail area, medical imaging and pathology services.
Delivered in partnership with Besix Watpac, the project is targeting 4 Star Green Star rating, emphasising the hospital’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
To mark the commencement of construction, a Welcome to Country & Smoking Ceremony was performed by the local Traditional Owners from Kuma Kaaru to bless the site.
Due to open in 2025, Construction Online says ‘Transitioning seamlessly from its exterior grandeur to its interior sophistication, this isn’t merely a hospital; it’s a complete healthcare sanctuary.
