We label this box as "safe”, “secure”, “practical” & “responsible" to cover up fear.
Fear of failure.
Fear of judgment.
Fear of the unknown.
Fear of success, which is tricky and many may disagree. But, what makes this one apparent is the unconscious additional fears attached to fear of success by way of change.
“How will life be different”?
“What will they think of me”?
“What will I have to do to maintain it”?
“What if I lose it”?
It’s all made up fear at the end of the day.
Fear from others, not our own.
We are NOT born afraid of most things we experience fear in our lives, it’s all learned.
We are only born with 2 fears:
1) Fear of falling, NOT failing.
2) Fear of loud noises.
The rest is passed down, inherited, modeled & learned from others.
It takes those looking to create change in the societal conditioning to become aware of this concept known as “fear” & to become aware of themselves inside & out, and have the courage to stray away from the "safe" route while FOCUSING on the desired outcome rather than the noise of others projections.
This is what leads to true SUCCESS as I believe success is what WE define it to be for ourselves, not others definitions of success.
And, most certainly not others backend definition of success which is fear disguised as “practical, safe, sound, and responsible” advice in life.
This is not to disrespect anyone’s advice to you in your lifetime as it’s always valuable in some shape or form.
The difference is understanding the coding of the person giving you advice on YOUR life and what’s best for you and asking yourself if that person is operating from fear or love.
Look, my parents were scared shitless to let me drop out of high school & move 14 hours away as a 17 year old to pursue my dream BUT they made their decision to allow me to do so out of love for me based upon their open mindedness to my learning how to make it work with the love, skills & knowledge they passed down to me.
This helped me overcome multiple brain tumors along my way as well.
Their choice to support me and my vision is why I’m successful today, why I believe I’m still alive, and why I do all of o to support others create true success in their lives based upon their meaning.
At the end of the day, YOU choose your choices and your habits, which determines your future.
What will YOU choose?
