The society needs total cleansing

The military operation in Ukraine showed how many more problems surfaced in the Western countries. The protests all over Europe showed the inability of the established economic system to deal with the problems of the ordinary people. In this sense the capitalism again needs militarism to cleanse the society.

I hoped that this conflict could be resolved sooner and without war. But now I think something bigger is needed to resolve the inner contradictions of the capitalism. Actually, bigger groups of people in the west are looking for social justice and openly embrace the principles of socialism. Including in NYC, where I met different non profits working in this direction. They were angry on their so called progressive elected officials that do nothing about the war and the big spending. Because the money that were given for their benefits now were transferred to Ukraine.

In NYC, where the housing problem is especially serious, people start to openly discuss how the rent is compatible with the modern society, they imagine and want to live in. They think that housing as a human right that could not be a source of profit.

I would ask another question. How on the first place the landlords have acquired all these buildings to make profit on them. Because any capital is "dripping from head to toe, from every pore with blood and dirt" as Marx writes in "Das Capital". I have dug deep in the ownership in many locations working as real estate investor and banker. In NYC, the ownership could not be possible without the help of the government with different initiatives. Landlords have bought all these buildings, using government initiatives like vouchers, non profits and waiver of taxes. How on earth few families own all the buildings in Brooklyn. I know one landlord who owns 5000 buildings, and the one building I checked was bought for 1 million, when it costs at least 10 million. And when i asked to buy a building years ago they almost torn me apart. It was a privilege of few people. Now Governor Hochul is waiving again the taxes of the rich landlords. But doesn't want to waive the taxes owned on the workers compensations for COVID on which citizens survived, during pandemic. IRS is not shy to touch social security of the people to collect taxes on these compensations. But the biggest landlords pay the political campaigns, not the ordinary people. Why she should care. They attacked representative Santos for lying in his resume, but the millions in their checkbooks can't see. Because he is Republican and is gay. Gay is not the privilege of one political party. Sorry.

In Florida, the biggest fraud happened during the foreclosures. The loans have been distributed as imaginable paperwork, without real money behind the loans, only a note. Then the companies and attorneys working on that closed the companies, banks and other financial institutions collapsed. All the mortgages were insured with the government. The government paid the people who distributed the mortgages. Then the same people started foreclosures. And "the mortgage never dies", say the same people. They foreclose on the same house and same mortgage thousands of times, as much as the corrupt judges agree. And they agree because are appointed by the same corrupt gang. And people are deprived of housing. Or live in a house that is not actually theirs but owned by corrupt lawyers who by the pretext of preventing foreclosure allows them to pay monthly share to them, and at the same time other members of the gang don't file paperwork in the court. And actually they don't own the note. It is long ago gone and the bank has bankrupted. It is racket against locals, but nobody can oppose because the scam is supported by the corrupt system and big money.

Have you heard of Ocwen Financials, or Ocwen Loan Servicing. The biggest fraudsters in the modern history. They have donated to both political parties to stay open after gigantic wave of complaints to the attorney general Florida, and all over the country, and also FBI. I personally have reported to FBI. What FBI done was to arrest me and prosecute me for what I have reported.

Ocwen has done that game all over the United States. At some point they have been kicked and banned in NYC by bigger players. But continued to steal houses, first in California, then mostly in Florida, pretending to represent any possible bank, without any paperwork. Ask them, they represent Bank of America, Chase, whoever you want. Just name it, and they represent it. Oh, don't forget the main name Deutsche Bank. From this name they have made thousands similar modifications to put in their fake titles, with witch they sell properties, representing Deutsche Bank or its subsidiaries, that don't exist in the United States as registered corporations.

Have you head that not registered corporation can't do business in that jurisdiction. That doesn't count for them. They do foreclosures on mass scale and sell properties on mass scale without the company to exist at all. And don't pay taxes, at all, because they just represent someone that doesn't exist. And don't pay property taxes. All their bill is transferred to a government center that covers the taxes on the foreclosed properties. Nobody ever was prosecuted from Ocwen, after thousands of papers reports for fraud, even after many meetings on that subject with county clerks. Why, because of government umbrella.

First, being in California they have transferred mortgages with robosigning. One notary public transferring thousands of mortgages of non existent banks. Then, filing fraudulent foreclosures without even having any paperwork. And blackmailing everyone. One attorneys' group that was cooking their own pie, lost their licenses being a serious competition. Also real estate agents were seriously hurt. They use local criminals to threaten and racketeer locals, use FBI agents in their dirty scam. I know a FBI agent who recently bought a palace working on their scam.

When Ocwen were kicked from California they transferred their dirty business in Florida. And now changed their name to cover the traces, after Attorney General. FL, filed a lawsuit, but not criminal, civil, against them. Because only small people like me are subject to criminal charges when reporting the big criminals. I became the only one prosecuted for the housing crisis in 2008 when i was not even in the country when the biggest crime was committed. Because i was running for office and was about to spoil the ideal collusion between the authorities and the criminals. They even threatened my life. Smashed my car with paid killer. Do you think that FBI cares if a Senator candidate from one of the biggest political parties was a victim of attempted murder. No, of course. It is not interference in the elections!!! And my attorney from NYC Susan Marcus knows the people that pay to attack me. And she is defending death sentenced!!! How? By staying silent when someone wants to commit murder. And everybody else is silent. Perfect collusion.
