We live in a society where it seems that greed, selfishness, pride and ego gets in the way of our daily decision ?making. As I continue to work with others and explore different opportunities that present themselves; I've discovered that being socially smart is a necessity. One good way of getting things done is by being active and available to meet the needs of others. It's not always about what's in it for me.

Being socially smart is working in such a way that you feel confident within yourself and the willingness to humble yourself for the benefit of serving others. Yet, at the same time getting your needs met while working with others. Many of us use socially smart skills all the time, without truly knowing that we are using them. The question though, is how are you using this particular smart skill? Are you honored and humbled when asked to do something for others? Or are you unapproachable and arrogant because you may be in a lead role and you are the decision maker?

It doesn't matter what your business niche is; the end results should always be to serve and be a blessing to others. It doesn't matter your age, creed, or race, being socially smart works if you know how to work it. To be wise in your dealing and using good common sense is essential to becoming socially smart. One niche market that does this well is the advertising industry. There's more than enough hype, publicity, disinformation and good information to whet your appetite (for whatever that may be) to cause curiosity and an excitement to get our attention to make us all want to consider buying something; or going to an event that we see and hear on different media platforms.

The truth of the matter is we should always be ready to make deals at anytime. This fast moving economy, the financial sector, the entertainment industry, the music business, tech-savvy genius',?clothing, or whatever niche you may be involved with is always evolving. There's a certain level of intelligence we all need to compete and to bring something to the table in a ever changing world. I'd rather be like an magnet that attracts, rather than being a distraction from those around me. Be encouraged and remember to be socially smart in all your endeavors; you'll be happy as you reach your destinies . ????
