Can you believe it’s already almost December? It’s that time of year when we look at the calendar and ask each other… Where has this year gone?! Is it just me or do the years seem to be getting quicker each year?

Some have described it as the most wonderful time of the year and December means only one thing in the Interactive Schools HQ…

What exactly is #SocialAdvent?

For those of you who are not aware (where have you been?!) we run an annual social extravaganza that goes by the name of #SocialAdvent. If you hadn’t guessed already, it’s essentially 25 days of social and digital challenges for your school to take part in.

Why should my school take part in #SocialAdvent?

• Show off your skills in all things digital and social.
• A great way to showcase the brilliant things that take place at your school.

How can my school take part?

• Current clients of Interactive Schools will shortly receive a printed desk calendar from the postman. 
• If your school is not a current client of Interactive Schools or you have not received this in the post, do not fear! Simply click on the image below to download a digital version of the calendar. 
• Most of the challenges can be scheduled in advance, handy for the weekend challenges! If you need any help scheduling, get in touch with our team ([email protected]) 
• Don’t forget to use the hashtag: #SocialAdvent to make sure your entry is counted. 
• Have fun and take part in the daily, festive challenges.

Do you have a version for schools who do not celebrate Christmas?

Absolutely! As we do not want any schools to miss out, we have put together an Alternative #SocialAdvent. Although it’s an alternative version, you will not miss out on any of the fun.
