Social Value does work but it is the implementation rather than the monetarisation

Two years ago, I assisted Trojan Fighters in setting up their new home in Bristol city centre, using my real estate knowledge and experience to assist in creating an incredible social hub. There continues to be a lot of discussion about the monetarisation of social values but surely the biggest benefit is the practical implementation and support.

I can’t say how many knife crimes have been prevented, or kids joining the drug gangs but what I can say is that there is a great community spirit as a result of the motivation provided by Mario and Trojan Fighters. It is not about the theoretical planning metrics but being passionate about doing the right thing.

This is one of many social value projects that I am involved in, all of which have positive impacts. We are planning another summer event at Trojan for the physically disabled and under privileged Bristol community.
