"The Social Network" is a movie that showcases change, innovation, and transformation.

?It tells the story of Mark Zuckerberg, a young Harvard student who created a website called "The Facebook" in 2004.

This website transforms the way people connect and share information online, forever changing the social landscape. Despite opposition and legal battles, Mark's relentless drive and belief in his vision drives him to turn Facebook into one of the largest and most influential companies in the world.

There are numerous such examples and the entrepreneurial spirit?that demonstrates the impact of innovation on society and the?consequences that come with disrupting traditional industries and norms.

So let’s be clear with the following terminologies:

Change :??Replacing one thing , one practice, or one process with another. At a personal level it could be the habit change which is one of the toughest jobs in all

?????????????????Even automation is a form of a change where the repetitive manual processes, tasks and practices are substituted with an automated way of doing things. There are a lot of change models like the Organization change model, Kotter’s change model that leads to higher magnitude of change. Lippitt- Knoster's change model?brings about incentivizing change and building momentum . I will cover about the Lippit Knoster change model in a separate article/video

Innovation:?A novel way of doing something or accomplishing the outcomes . We have witnessed a lot of innovation in this era of digital disruption right from Uberization of our transportation to the recent innovation of ChatGPT that gives pointed answers to our dynamic queries that we could relate to .

This would primarily involve simplification of the process, removal of some of the process steps all together and a major change in performing certain things

Transformation:?A completely morphed state, a metamorphosis of one state to another like the transformation of?the caterpillar into a butterfly. We have been witnessing a good number of transformations in our world. Industry 4.0, the advent of?technologies like 5G, quantum computing, and cloud computing . Recently I saw something like an animaker application, to which if you supply the text it would produce a video.

Transformation primarily starts with a change, fuelled by innovation that leads to outcome. One that feeds into another like a flywheel that propels transformation.
