These phone-free hangouts have struck a chord with many, as evidenced by the club's rapid growth within just one month of opening their first location. The concept has been so well-received that it has already expanded to multiple cities across the Netherlands and is poised for international launch. Participants report feeling more at peace and enjoying the unique experience of being in a café with others while engaging in activities like reading or drawing, fostering a sense of connection in an increasingly isolated world.

1 个月Great article! I love what Amsterdam is doing. I heard Rosalind Wiseman talk about considering social media in terms of buckets. One for consumption, one for content creation, and one for connection. It's easier to look at eliminating or lessening a bucket.
