Your 14 step strategy to posting on Instagram:?

1. Post consistently.

You don't want to be an account that shows up on a user's feed and makes them wonder, "Who's that?" To avoid this, set yourself a posting schedule and stick to it.

2. Don't over-post.

Limit yourself to one or two posts a day, and think carefully about what you post.

3. Only post quality content that makes sense for your brand.

The name of the game for Instagram is quality over quantity. Carefully consider what you post and why. How does it relate to your brand? Will your followers like and engage with it? What purpose does it serve for your business? You can use your Instagram analytics to see which content performs best with your Instagram audience.

4. Tell stories.

Take advantage of Reels to showcase your brand and your brand's lifestyle.?

5. Use Stories for lighter content.

Instagram Stories is a great place for your brand to show a little more personality, day-to-day content or personal tidbits about your business. Stories only live on your profile for 24 hours and can comprise photos or video clips with music, text, GIFs or stickers layered on. Try live streaming company events or doing employee takeovers for a day.

6. Know your brand.

To sell your brand, you have to know it inside and out. Instagram, like any social media app, has its own culture and etiquette, so part of your initial marketing plan should be to figure out how your brand fits into that culture.

7. Be visually consistent.

Users will expect visual consistency when they click on your brand page. This doesn't mean your Instagram needs to look like one big advertisement – especially since today's users gravitate toward more organic content. However, it is something you should think about and determine early on. What kind of look or vibe do you want your profile to give off? Moody? Bright? Organic? Natural? Whatever you choose, it should be consistent with the rest of your company branding and recognizable to your Instagram followers.

8. Be choosy with hashtags.

Hashtags can be the difference between your post rising to the top of a feed or being buried in a sea of other posts, so it's important to learn which ones work for you and your brand.

9. Take advantage of user-generated content.

User-generated content is every marketer's dream. It creates an engagement opportunity for users while reducing costs for your business and shows users that your brand listens to and values customers. Try creating a branded hashtag that followers can use to submit content, then repost applicable and appropriate content to your business page for all to see.?

10. Use Instagram to boost your website traffic.

Instagram allows you to include one clickable link in your profile bio, meaning that anyone who accesses your Instagram page is provided the link to your website. You can also insert a link with a "swipe up" call to action in your Instagram Stories if you have more than 10,000 followers, and any Instagram ads you purchase will also have a link to your website

11. Apply SEO to your Instagram strategy.

While SEO and Instagram may not typically go together, applying SEO practices to boost your Instagram presence can go a long way, especially as Instagram becomes increasingly competitive.

There are two main SEO-related areas of your Instagram account – your account handle and account name. Your handle is your @, which you should make short, memorable and applicable to your business.

12. Introduce influencer marketing?

Take advantage of Influencers that speak to your brand and audience. Use these influencers to introduce new products and showcase your brand to new people.?

13. Explore Instagram advertising.

With Instagram's advertising program, you can create campaigns to attract users at all stages of the sales funnel as part of your Instagram marketing strategy. Instagram users have a high engagement rate with ads, and ad recall is 2.8 times higher on Instagram than recall on other social platforms.

14. Engage in the comments.

One of the best ways to build engagement on your posts is to engage yourself. Respond to customers' comments as much as you can – this will help build your credibility by showing that you care what your customers have to say and that you are using social media for a good reason.

Your 7 step strategy to posting on TikTok:

  1. Identify and Adapt to Trends

Identifying and adapting to trends is an important part of becoming a successful TikTok content creator. Instead of shooting in the dark, absorb everything that successful TikTokers are posting and then identify the trends

Trends can happen quickly so if you’re really serious about making trendy videos on TikTok, you’ll need to do some research every day. You may need to spend a lot of hours on TikTok until you’re able to identify upcoming trends, but it’ll be worth it.

As soon as you spot a new trend, start creating relevant content!

2. Connect With the Right Audience

TikTok has more than 1 billion users which can be hard to fathom, but it’s great news for anyone looking to find an audience that loves their content.

It would be awesome to have a billion followers who love what you do, but more realistically, you’ll need a niche. A niche is like a specialty. Surely you aren’t making TikToks for everyone. You probably have a category or two that your content best fits in to.

For example, if you make TikToks about knitting sweaters for dogs, that’s a niche! Finding and owning your niche will help you connect with the right audience.

3. Collaborate With Influncers

Take advantage of Influencers that speak to your brand and audience. Use these influencers to introduce new products and showcase your brand to new people.?

4. Tell a Story and Show Who You Are

Just like Instagram Reels take advantage of TikTok’s video sharing platform by showing off why your brand is.?

You’re a unique individual and that’s your special offering to the TikTok community. We recommend making funny, trendy content, but we also encourage being genuine and deep.

Let your content tell the story of who you are. People will be attracted to the genuineness of your work.

5. Post Often

Your content must be high quality. That’s non-negotiable, but if you really want to become a successful TikTok influencer, you’ll need to post very regularly too.

It’s a tall order, but your content needs to be high quality and high quantity.

Post regularly. As in at least a few times per week, but more is better. Work your way towards posting good content on a daily basis.

Your 6 step strategy to posting on Facebook:?

  1. Standout visuals

Remember, every Facebook post competes with whatever else is in someone’s feed. And it only takes about 2.6 seconds for their eyes to choose what to settle on.

So make sure your visual is eye-catching and attention-worthy.

Limit text: According to Facebook, images with more than 20% text have reduced delivery. Use Facebook’s Image Text Check before posting an image with text in it.

2. Sharp copy

The next aspect of high converting Facebook posts is gripping copy. Keep your writing simple, clear, and to the point.

3. Compelling call-to-action

The most important element of a high converting Facebook post is the call-to-action, a.k.a CTA.

Ask yourself what you want someone to do when they see your post. If you’re not sure, no one else is going to be either.

4. Think About The Best Times To Post

Posting at the right times can increase your visibility and interactions. Take advantage of the times and post with your audience.?
