Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as an Executive/Sr. Executive in Social Media Marketing. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our social media strategy, with a focus on achieving key objectives such as Likes, Reach, Engagement, Leads, and Sales.


Responsibilities:

  • Set clear and measurable SMM objectives aligned with business goals, including Likes, Reach, Engagement, Leads, and Sales.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various social media channels.
  • Formulate promotional strategies to support marketing objectives.
  • Possess basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva.
  • Perform measurement and analysis of social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage day-to-day social media marketing activities, including content curation and creation.
  • Devise strategies for key social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to drive marketing, branding, and leads generation.
  • Conduct online advocacy and explore opportunities for cross-promotions.
  • Lead community and blogger outreach initiatives, fostering connections and partnerships.
  • Oversee design elements across social media platforms, ensuring a cohesive and appealing online presence.
