Social Media Made Easy

Once upon a time, the idea of posting on social media used to fill me with dread.
The idea of posting something that people might laugh at or criticise me for kept playing on my mind.
And what plagued me, even more was the idea that there was nothing valuable I could share with others.
The truth was, fear was holding me back.
Fear of judgement and the fear of humiliation from others.
After much deliberation, I realised that this fear would always be there unless I took some action and proved to myself otherwise.
Fast forward a year later, and there is no longer any fear of posting.
I have more ideas than I have time to post, and my content has amassed over 180,000 impressions and over 10k followers!
I've taken the time to analyse what has worked and have created a step-by-step process to make it easier for you to develop valuable and impactful ideas.
Step 1 - The Idea.
Have you ever had an amazing conversation with something, only to find that the amazing idea it sparked has been forgotten a few days later?
Imagine how valuable it would be to capture that idea and turn it into something you and others could refer back to whenever they wanted.
And posting it publicly might even gain some traction, improve your credibility and get you noticed.
We've all heard marketing gurus tell us to post with our target audience in mind.
But how do you know what your target audience wants?
And how do you know it is guaranteed to be impactful?
It's simple.
Don't write with 100 people in mind. Write with one person in mind.
The next time you have a conversation with a client, potential client or colleague, take some notes.
Once the conversation finishes, could you take some time to think about what the most valuable part of the conversation was?
It might have been something you shared that got the other person thinking.
Or it might be something you shared that inspired the person you spoke to.
Either way, it's something that both of you will benefit
This will form the basis of your post.
Next, I will show you how to turn that idea into a post.
Step 2 – The Meat of the Post.
The next thing you want to do is break down the big idea into three separate parts.
It could be:
Once you have done this, you now have the 'body' of a post! These are the main concepts you'd like to share. A list of 3 is a nice easy way to start, but this can easily be '2',' 4',' 7' or any number of your choosing.

Step 3 - Write an Introduction.
As the title says, you would actually need a way to introduce the 'body of your post. Here are some simple ways to get started:
Then, frame what your body is going to be about
Step 4 – A Conclusion/Call To Action.
To wrap up your post, adding a final message you would like the reader to take away from you is useful. A brief summary describing the impact the ideas have had on you or someone else drives home your message!
Additionally, the idea of creating a post on social media is to have people engaged. This is best done by asking a question or inviting people to leave a comment.
This is the simplest way to write a post. Of course, if you want to make it more advanced, you can add a personal story after the intro and write a hook to catch people's attention, but this can come later.
What is important is that you get started.
Overcoming Doubts.
As with anything, your skill level will increase with applied time and attention.
If you are worried about putting out content that isn't of a high standard compared to others you follow, then you are probably right.
The truth is, you will only ever reach that standard through consistent practice and feedback.
To reduce your doubts about your quality, write it for one person and one person only.
Then, after you have posted it, send the post privately to the person for whom it was intended and let them know that you created it specifically for them.
Now, your job is complete. Any likes, comments and engagements are a bonus.
You can only win!
Time to get started!
Your journey to building a personal brand can start today…if you really want to.
If you have an idea you would love to turn into a post, don't let doubt get in the way of sharing your ideas with the world.
You never know who you can impact.
Feel free to reach out to me, and I will help you turn your idea into a powerful message.
PS.
I've recorded a video breaking down the concept using a real-life example. If you would like a copy of the recording, feel free to send me a message with the word CONTENT and I will send it to you.
