Is Social Media bad?
The answer is dependent on what you do with and on social media. With social media, you can travel the world and meet people you might never meet physically.
If you want to be depressed then compare your life with people on social media. If you need motivation then go on social media. These are two different scenarios but they are the fact. Social media is not bad; it is what you do with it that matters. It is where you see different caliber of people. From the real ones to the fake ones and many others. Despite the existence of the real ones, they are not as rampant as the fake ones.
You will see someone’s display of wealth on social media and feel like you are a failure or a never do well...lol. We all use social media for various reasons. Funny enough, some people’s reason is to show off and let the world know what they have even if it is not true and also 'pepper' others.
The same way social media is a home of lies so also it is a home to truth and hustling. The effect of social media is purely dependent on the kind of people you follow and the content you consume.
If someone complains of social media being a bad place then ask them what they do with it and on it.

2 年Social media on it own, it's not bad. The things we use it for and how we do it, is what is bad. So the social media is not bad in itself, but the persons using it, are either bad or good.
