The Social Leader needs to develop the six dimensions as given in the"Collective Leadership Compass".
Wholeness. The ability to see the larger picture and inspire people towards a common cause.
Future Possibilities. The ability to create measurable , challenging and inspiring goals encompassing the needs of various and divergent stakeholders.
Engagement. The ability to interact with people in a manner that the initial group of smaller stakeholders are able to attract and retain a larger and then a growing number of people into the collaborative field. This would result in commitment and accountability to the desire change process.
Innovation. The ability to meet every obstacle and challenge along the way of execution with both flexibility and agility and develop innovative solutions.
Humanity. The ability to manage their own emotions and of others around them with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
Collective Intelligence. The ability to keep am open mind to regularly connect and tap into the collective intelligence of the group so as to respect various perspectives and demonstrate various risk mitigation strategies.
