I recently had a fantastic experience at the Happy Out Café in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin/Ireland, and I wanted to share it with all of you. The Happy Out team has partnered with The Together Academy at this wonderful location, and their mission is truly inspiring.?

They are committed to promoting inclusivity by providing work experience and employment opportunities to young adults with Down Syndrome. It's a brilliant example of what can be achieved when we come together.

The atmosphere at the cafe was incredible, with live music and a sense of togetherness that left a positive and lasting impression. In hospitality, I believe we should all consider seeking out similar partnerships and initiatives in our communities. Supporting local businesses that champion inclusivity not only enriches the guest experience but also contributes to the growth of this inspiring movement.

Remember, a little love and collaboration can go a long way in making our hotels and hospitality venues more welcoming and inclusive destinations.

Our original 15-second videos were fantastic for reporting maintenance issues, but you told us you needed longer videos for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Brand Standards,? and Training purposes.

Snapfix now supports videos of up to 60 seconds, opening up a world of possibilities.

?? Restrict Photos from Gallery

We value your feedback, and one common request was to restrict the use of photos from the camera gallery. In certain situations, you want to ensure only live photos and videos are used. Snapfix now offers this option to give you even more control and accountability.

? Checklist "Score" Feature

Our checklist feature was inspired by the best selling book "The Checklist Manifesto." Checklists are a super simple and efficient way to accurately track progress and confirm work done. Many of you have been using Snapfix checklists for inspections, surveys, and audits.

You asked for a "1-5 score" solution, and it's now available in Snapfix. We're excited to provide this feature while staying true to our mission of simplicity and universality.? Some customers are now using this as part of their Lean Six Sigma (6S) process - watch this space.
