PARTNER STORY

Strong Partnerships Create Real Opportunities

Our collaboration with Restaurant Associates has opened doors for women like Ingrid, who transitioned from Brazil to a thriving hospitality career in Australia. With the right training and support, she gained the confidence and skills to secure a role as a Catering Assistant.

“SisterWorks is a place where I will be forever grateful and that holds a special place in my heart. When I arrived in Australia, I didn’t know where to start looking for a job opportunity because I lacked confidence in my English and had no experience in the country.“ - Ingrid

This is the impact of partnership—creating meaningful opportunities and empowering women to build their futures.
