?? Social imagination might be the key to tackling the climate crisis – find out how

Hello Friend,

We are so excited to share with you our brand new report, ‘Harnessing social imagination in the era of the climate crisis’ .

??? Read the report

Across a series of experiential workshops and support over 5 months, we worked with the City of Melbourne’s Southbank community in Australia to reimagine how they might belong to each other, the places they live in, and the planet we all live on in the context of our generation’s defining problem: the climate crisis.

Central to this work has been ‘social imagination’, an emerging discipline that invites us to see the scripts and rules that shape our world and imagine what might happen if they were different.?

Read the report to learn about how social imagination practice can be used to widen perspectives and bring fresh thinking to complex challenges, as well as how our amazing group of ‘imagineers’ continue to promote community connection and cohesion in Southbank to help us face the challenges of the climate crisis together.

I hope you enjoy reading about what we did and learned, and the impacts of this project on the community of Southbank. Get in touch if you’d like to join us in dreaming about where our work on social imagination might go next!

Best wishes,

Keira
