Queensland's Department of Transport and Main Roads has grasped the power of social video content to inform its customers about new services. It's great to see such a customer-focused agency understand that social content needs to be about information and that advertising or gratuitous self-promotion are the antithesis of social. Real people, real information, real interest and real benefit are all key ingredients in achieving authenticity.

perhaps 'information' spins into 'advertising' through the use of too much hyperbole (or even image advertising) when pitching the product or service?
