Soaring high through Flawless Consulting

Soaring high through Flawless Consulting

There could be several reasons why one might get demotivated and lead ourselves astray of our goals.

1. Not being able to convince peers, managers or team members of our ideas of how things should be and ideas about policies and process or which school to choose or which restaurant to go to. What creeps in is a sense of loss of purpose or lack of value addition.

2. What people around us say and the way they say it might create a doubt in our own abilities and inner fight of Am I good enough begins.

3. Unable to know when and how to have difficult conversations with people. Instead we settle with compromising on our wants and in-return accumulate stress and further risks compromising relations.

4. The goal set to us are unrealistic and we don't know how and when to say No. Setting wrong expectations with clients usually gets unravelled at the end of the project when it is too late. This results in blame games and compromised relationships.

This calls for one to build the right mindset and the skillset to navigate through conversations to express wants and walk the thin line of putting your ideas in front without putting relationships at risk. Life in general can be much better if we can set the right expectations to our stakeholders and be comfortable in having difficult conversations. This will lead to better servicing the people we care about and more importantly servicing ourselves by highlighting our strengths and riding on them. In turn this can lead us to getting our expertise used to the fullest or not committing to something by merely being pushed into an engagement. In the highly interactive Virtual Flawless consulting workshop, we talk about these specific mindset and skillsets which makes one a Trusted Advisor. DM or message me to know more about this workshop. We have a one hour free session coming up where I will orient about these specific skills. We have an public workshop coming up soon too. I will keep you all informed.
