SOAR to New Heights ???? August Wrap-Up

Inside emc3

It’s been a busy and exciting month over at emc3! Some of the team were out in Vegas conducting a final site visit for a mega event we’re producing later this month (keep your eyes peeled for more on that soon!). We recently wrapped up events for Microsoft, Google, and Gong, with more to come for HP, Cascale, and Worldly.

In September, we’ll also be hosting two of our Marketing and Events Leaders Dinners in Boston and San Francisco—click here or here to register! We’ve had the pleasure of becoming Checkout’s event partner of choice, and we can’t wait to make some magic happen with them!

The team are finishing up their training, ready to take on Tough Mudder for charity at the end of the month. You can donate to our GoFundMe page here, where we will be gathering donations for The Cowshed, Refuge, The Darke House, and Centennial Park Conservancy—each charity carefully selected for the meaningful connection it has with the team.

Last but absolutely not least, we’re super passionate about the impact we have on people and the planet, so we’re really excited to have been shortlisted for miaList Agency of the Year , as well as for the Sustainability award. Voting is now open, and we’d greatly appreciate yours ??

Strategy

In the fast-paced world of events, sometimes it’s necessary to come up with a plan on your feet and adapt to quickly changing circumstances. However, that doesn’t negate the power of an effective long-term strategy. Implementing a long-term event strategy can help shift you from a reactive approach to a proactive one, allowing you to focus on your long-term vision and truly build lasting results that can be effectively repeated across each of your events.Find out more about crafting the perfect long-term strategy in our blog post here .

Content

We've been actively collaborating with many of our partners to design and deliver impactful workshops tailored for their key stakeholders. These sessions are focused on developing the content, theming, and messaging for their Company Kickoffs (CKOs) and Sales Kickoffs (SKOs) events for the upcoming year. Our goal is to ensure these events resonate deeply and drive meaningful engagement. Curious about how we can elevate your internal events? Creative

Multiple press outlets have recently featured the amazing closing party we produced for Microsoft, rounding off their START conference. Themed ‘SOAR’, to express the limitless potential synonymous with the innovative brand, the event featured aerial basketball tricks, immersive motion clouds and a live band that had the entire party on the dancefloor all evening! Watch the wrap-up video here .

Sustainability

Last month, we officially announced our acquisition of sustainability consultancy ‘from now’. With the alignment of ethics and values, this strategic move allows us to better support our clients in achieving their sustainability goals, offering even more comprehensive and impactful sustainability services. You can find out more about what this acquisition means in our blog post here .
