Allyson Nevil is our amazing VP, Mentorship and an Executive Producer who's passionate about scaling Soapbox Women to?new heights. She's one of the the driving forces behind our recent Speed Mentorship Night in May, and is dedicated to creating meaningful connections and growing our community.?

What inspired you to apply to be part of the Soapbox Leadership Team?

I wanted to be a part of the growth of Soapbox and expand my network.?

What's your vision for the future of Soapbox Women?

I would like to see more parts of the industry join our group. More designers, creative directors, animators and marketing leaders.

What's been your favorite memory or experience with Soapbox Women?

The Speed Mentorship event this year was such a success in bringing mentors + mentees together! I also loved the event at Buddha Jones in the spring.?

What are you hoping to accomplish during your time in your current leadership role?

In my role as VP-Mentorship, I would like to continue creating meaningful connections between members in mentorship events. I'd also like to increase the feeling of community amongst our group.?

Soapbox is a wonderful community of women working in this industry who are looking to expand their network, improve themselves and have fun!
