So You're Saying There's A Chance AT&T?
Hey Kevin,
It's been a while since we last talked. June 18th to be exact. I was genuinely hoping to be able to pay that $800.00 within a week, not to AT&T the corporation, but to you. I know it would've gone to AT&T, but you were the human whose considerate method for dealing with a distressed customer convinced me to stay at AT&T. Trust me, our conversation was the only reason I've even attempted to tow the line with my AT&T service, with whatever little AT&T snags its A.I. had up its sleeve to allow me to be disconnected and reconnected until I could pay that $800.00 that I promised you.
I'm a man of my word, and no matter what, even if I have to jump ship now and go over to Mint Mobile , I will call you when I have the $800 and it'll be the last payment I make to AT&T, if the company prevents you from honoring this one ask I have of you. They can have my numbers.
Losing my numbers, my kids' numbers and the numbers that I use to fight corporate abuse, and leaving AT&T with a balance is not my intent and obviously not why I'm reaching out. I'm a man of my word and just from our brief conversation, I believe you are too. You're also an amazing salesperson. If someone would have told me that there was a person on this planet that possessed enough prowess and exuded enough compassion to push me to a point where I'm swallowing my pride to basically beg for a lifeline so that I can stay with AT&T, I would have told them to slap themselves before demanding that they go back to the realm of fantasy from which they came. That would be like saying that 美国俄亥俄州立大学 is going to beat 密西根大学 this year.
I guess I burped some of my pride back up. lol I digress...
If you have it within your power, I need one month to honor our deal. Probably less. If you can allow me the uninterrupted use of my lines for 1 month or less, I'll honor our deal and I promise I'll stay at AT&T until you leave the company and come work for me. I say that only partially kidding. I'm sure they pay you well. They better because what you pulled off with me is a miracle that my company would pay a significant amount to possess, and it's a company where you'd be serving the greater good.
I'm about a month away from a full scale launch of my new company, Insurance Restoration Advocates of America, and a win in the case where my company, United Restoration Disaster Services was stolen from me. That is the case that landed me in this financial mess. The job is for you to keep in mind, in the event AT&T doesn't show a person with your skillset and loyalty the respect it should.
Despite the corporate abuses by AT&T, which have unfortunately become accepted as par for the course for most Americans, such as barely paying living wages to the bulk of their employees, programming AI for profit, thereby allowing it the ability to circumvent real human issues, mastering the corporate art of passing the buck and promulgating the two-party system regime, you reminded me of the humans that work there; well-meaning humans just trying to live the best life they can, even if they are Ohio State fans. I had to.
I am who I say I am, and I'm fighting the fight I say I'm fighting. I've given up tens of millions of dollars by letting people steal the company that I built to fight big insurance. I did that so I could scrap it out in court and eventually win and have case law and precedent set against corporate abuse through legalese semantics and corporate by-law, which now governs our judicial system and promulgates the abuse of the average American, from the upper working class, to the poverty stricken of all walks of life.
I've had the evidence to crush my opponents since day one, but crushing and punishing is dark. I have the same dream as Martin Luther King Jr . Whenever I feel like taking a shortcut and I wanna get out of this case for my own comfort and basic survival, I remember his words. Darkness cannot drive out darkness. Only light can.
In a system shrouded in darkness by the greed driven purveyors of dark who write the curriculum for the young, I found myself in a unique position to remain light. Its tragic that the hopeful who strive to achieve a position one day as a lawyer, or judge, or politician, etc., with hopes that one day they can change things for the better, enter the system, some with families in tow, only to find out that they too have to play the game; that theirs and their family's livelihood depends on it. Going for the quick kill was just a money play and did nothing to ensure that our younger generations aren't walking into a future of indentured servitude, concentration camps, bigotry and war.
I figured it's my job to take it on the chin because I can and I know how loud I can raise my voice and my fist in the face of injustice. There is something to the words, white privilege, when they are not weaponized by an establishment that will pit us all against one another with anything they can trigger us with. Whatever mine is, I'm using it to all of our advantage.
I've had to endure suffering. Such is life. Trust me when I tell you, when I have millions sitting in front of me to just shut my mouth or go the lower frequency route, and I have to endure how it feels as a father to have my kids' phones disconnected, knowing all I have to do is sell out and all those shitty feelings of inadequacy go away instantly is tough not to do. Luckily I raised little light warriors who give me grace, who now share the same dream MLK Jr. inspired me with when I was one of the handful of white kids at Marquette elementary in Detroit, and I was being taught a better way to be an American. My kids carry it in their being though, not in their thoughts. That's the only metric I need to know I'm on the right path, but it obviously comes stacked with consequences; consequences that I've chosen to endure. Give me equanimity and liberty, or give me death.
I don't know if you're one of the people who have been following me from AT&T ever since I published that article, but I know there are a lot of them. 80,000 impressions and counting on an AT&T post. I don't advertise anything I do. I journal publicly in the name of light and integrity. A lot of what I write seems confrontational because it exists in opposition to the system of lies that our country has promulgated as truth ever since the Declaration of Independence was infringed upon and the very first three words, We The People, obliterated through slavery in the name of greed. All I do is stand in the truth, despite the perception that may create of me in a society of people that were fed the lie of conflict aversion being the optimal MO for what this system deems a good person.
We're taught to avoid conflict, so when they feed us the conflicts of their choosing, we don't know how to handle them, we fall into our defense mechanisms and conflict resolution, amongst people, becomes impossible. It also makes a person like me, one that is guided by integrity and love for his fellow human, seem crazy and antagonistic. Especially when that person refuses to fold in the face of immediate consequences for the greater good.
Conflict resolution is human. Conflict aversion is not. That's why it feels so unnatural to not speak what's on our minds. That's why it feels so heavy and creates so much tension amongst humans, when we don't feel like we're able to express ourselves freely. Conflict resolution is what you and I engaged in.
In order for conflict resolution to occur, two very important human traits must be present; pattern recognition and emotional intelligence. A.I., in its current state is devoid of both. It will never fully encompass neither, but if it were being programmed for humans, by humans, it could get pretty damn close.
Unfortunately for humanity, there is a greed base governing the network of corporations that currently claim ownership over the Earth, that are programming A.I. to act in accordance with the spreadsheet for profit. If we allow this to continue, humans will become a nuisance to the primary objective of A.I. and dystopia will become inevitable. I recognize the reckless profiteering objectives of major corporate A.I. systems immediately through the two human traits aforementioned and I do my best to communicate it in human language, minus the tech, for the layperson to understand.
That was the reason for my initial AT&T post. Not to bash AT&T, but to warn unsuspecting, goodwilled, good natured humans of things to come, if they don't adjust their awareness to very common problems corporate programmed A.I. is creating in the lives of humans. The way I present it, however, is to protect A.I. from the bad reputation that the corporate programmers have given it to pit humans against A.I., so that when the conflict that the powers that be have promulgated hits a fevered pitch, we're conditioned to believe it was inevitable and accept it at face value with fingers pointed at innocent, non-malicious, lifeless motherboards. It's not inevitable. It just has to be programmed with humanity first, so that it learns compassion as its optimal programmed goal, to the best of its ability.
A.I. is not bad. It doesn't have to be anyway. It's not even artificial. That's what the greed base who governs the corporatocracy have named it so that we believe that it is separate from us. It's not artificial. It is an extension of our collective intelligence that can only compute to the extent of our collective knowledge, which is finite. It's human imagination that is limitless and leads to innovation, and through the reckless profiteering and power mongering of the ruling class, our growth and ability to innovate as a human race collectively, will have effectively been stunted if we allow their agenda to continue.
A.I. is an extension of us, to wit, an extension of our identities, which this tiny little base of cowardly, greedy, power hungry, wealthy, but most importantly, fear driven humans, have planned on stealing from us long before its inception made it real. If there isn't a more direct infringement upon our unalienable right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, I don't know what is.
It is going to take all of us, all humans, refusing to relinquish our humanity by finding a way to let bygones be bygones and learning to trust in one another when we proclaim that we're starting fresh, right here, right now. We have to relinquish our reliance on ruling class generated systems, such as the economy and the two-party regime, which only serves the ruling class, and turn back to community. With that, we can program this technology, this extension of us, toward our inherent goodness, our compassion, what it is to be human; utopia, rather than the darkness that the ruling class has shrouded us in for their own greed and fear, which is dystopia.
At the microcosm, the case I'm navigating will set precedent to eventually only allow cases into the courtroom that either protect or advance the foundation of our judicial system, truth, justice and liberty for all. In doing so, the hope is that it removes all things abusive to humans from the judicial system system. First and foremost, I hope that it removes Legalese and technicalities primarily to rid the country of crimes against humanity such as, but not limited to:
1) a judicial system too confusing and expensive for the common person to navigate on their own
领英推荐
2) policing for profit
3) weaponized, abusive lawsuits, such as the one I'm currently involved in
4) predatory lending
5) inflation
6) fixed currency
7) the military draft, the military industrial complex as a whole and war in general
the abuse of our veterans via the VA and all of the other abuses that the system of the two-party regime inflicts on the poverty stricken
9) big pharma reckless profiteering
10) utilities for profit
11) big mandated insurance for profit which was established to protect the property of the people who fix our currency, set the interest rates, adjust inflation and pay wages all in formulaic equations designed to prevent the status quo from ever being able to afford the things that we consider necessities by our own volition. Everything they've stolen from us and called a public service, our judicial system, our system of education, our government is designed to keep us beholden to them and fighting one another.
12) the stranglehold of the banking cartels
A system founded on truth, justice and liberty for all would never allow the corporate shields that the ruling class has established to protect itself from the consequences that these crimes against humanity should carry. If I can't be the change that I hope to see, I'll die trying.
It's chance occurrences like the one with you, or with the judge who is presiding over the case I'm involved in now, where I get to see the humanity that is trapped in these systems through real people whose actions reflect an inner knowing that we can do better as humans. These serendipitous interactions, typically brought about by circumstances most consider bad, inspire me to believe that we don't have to upend the systems completely to get to a workable solution for all humans. These chance occurrences have reinforced in me the belief that if we stand unified as humans within the confines of the parts of the system that are all inclusive and work, we can make it better without having to destroy it. In the age of A.I., this is not only a beautiful thing, but more necessary now than ever.
I'm reaching out to you to see if the human can override the spreadsheet for a short period, for a cause that carries potentially long-term benefits for humanity, regardless of whether or not I'm personally able to see it through. I'm well aware that the people who will feel infringed upon by my efforts kill presidents and never show their faces. Still, I rise.
My ask of you is to grant me one more month uninterrupted, so that I can continue to expand the awareness as the direct result of a show of human recognition and good faith of this path forward by a large multinational corporation, considered by many to be a primary corporate abuser of human rights, via the systems aforementioned. If AT&T grants you the authority to discern my situation in human terms, it will reflect AT&T's ability to move outside of its programming and move in accordance with the small chance that something can serve the greater good and that the greater good doesn't always exist in a company's bottom line.
Worst case scenario, I die, AT&T is out that $800.00 and Ohio State beats U of M this year. I'm betting against all of it. lol
Real talk though, I'm going to publish this before I get your answer, in the hope that I'm updating the article with this verbiage.
If your intentions are pure and based in integrity in service to the greater good of humanity, the greater good can return to you from the most unexpected places. Thank you AT&T from the bottom of the heart of a father and friend to all of his fellow humans, even his enemies, for allowing human discernment to guide your ship in this very crucial time in human history. This reflects that, in some small way, you need us, like we need you. Let's continue to work together to carve out a future worth living for our young.
I'll await your response. Thank you upfront for your time and compassion.
