So, you're ready to make the jump. You've got your resume and cover letter all typed up and ready to go. But there's one problem: how do you know which ones are right for you?
If you've been in the same role for a long time, deciding to change job can be a nerve-racking experience. Some of the regular worries generally surround the working environment, performance, choosing the right role and company as well as preparing for interviews.
That's where I come into the picture! When I sign up with a client, I will get to know the hiring managers, the culture, and the company strategy to find the right candidates. This goes both ways around—I sometimes recommend a company over another (everyone has different wants and needs; one shoe doesn't fit all).
I love helping people find their dream job—it makes me feel like a wizard! But don't focus on me—you just need to focus on yourself: what are your goals? What are your strengths? What do you want from your next position? How can I help guide you through this process.
It's hard to decide to change jobs, but don't be afraid to make the jump.
Here are some tips to help you on your way:
1. Set goals for yourself and your career. What do you want to achieve? What do you want to learn? Make a list and start working towards those goals!

2. Don't be afraid of taking risks or trying new things. You never know what opportunities might come your way!
3. Talk to people about their experiences in different roles and companies—you'll probably find that there are lots of similarities between them, but also some major differences. Ask them about their motivations for choosing a certain type of job over another, or what made them stay with one company for so many years instead of moving on somewhere else instead!
What does that mean? Well, it means that we can help you find the perfect company and role that will match your expectations—and we're not just talking about jobs at the bottom of the totem pole. We specialize in mid-range to C-level positions.
