So, you want it all: Good, but you’re going to have to graduate

Life is dirty, stinking ugly sometimes, especially in business, why? Because it has to be and will be, till we learn to stop repeating the same mistakes.
?Let’s face it, life is about lessons.
?What’s the only school you can’t officially graduate from living?
The School of Life.
It’s only diploma, a death certificate.
?We attend primary school, secondary school, senior school, college, university and then out big wide world.
We leave school and become, lawyers, doctors, entrepreneurs, nurses, accountants, priests, CEOs, husbands, wives and on.
?But, you didn’t leave, you’re still in school, and you will still be in school at 90, and it’s the most important one of all: But here’s the kicker: If you want it all, you can’t cut corners.
?You can’t cut corners in business, your marriage, with your children, your colleagues because it will collapse and you’re going to have to go back and rebuild it.
?Get busy living or get busy dying.
?But how? You get honest.
?Those cut corners stay with us, every time you ignore the lessons life is showing you, you fall deeper into a trench.
Some never get out.
?You will lose opportunities in business. You will miss offers in your career. You will lose out on knowing real love.
?The best investment you will ever make is into yourself.
?That is not achieved by yoga poses or meditation or swearing off bad habits.
?At 50 most of us buy our first pair of reading glasses, what if you were able to buy your first pair of glasses that allowed you to see what life would be like if you were free of living to make your father proud (note to self-he’s dead) Living free of the criticism others made about you as a child, pressed pause on your victimised childhood or let go of those statements your teacher or headmaster said about you.
If you’re carrying anything into adulthood from childhood, it's blinding you.
It’s all dead currency. ?
It all adds up.
You don’t need to stand staring at it, you just need to unpack and repack, the light.

?Now take that person and put them at the head of a company, make them your colleague, your CEO…… what could possibly go wrong? In all areas…..? I will let you answer that.
?Confession in the catholic church has a point, we don’t need to all turn Catholic but if you’re an entrepreneur, you do, more than most.
?Well to a point, you need your baggage to build, abit/a lot of damage is good, it creates that insatiable drive, that all in, a lunatic work ethic, the rocket fuel the company needs to take off.
?But, here’s the kicker, there will come a day when suddenly it no longer works.
You have your 2.4 children your wonderful wife, your solid husband and then you don’t.
?Your company sales will increase but your life will decrease.
Everything you did it for is no longer there.
Why?
Because you didn’t graduate, you ignored the most important part of success: YOU.
?You have to understand this is how Life works: You have to go back to go forward and you can’t cut corners.
Everyone is born into the school of life, but, very few graduate, living.
?Stick with the people who understand this journey, find the friends who will tell you the truth, not the 100s who tell you what you want to hear.
Kick pride and ego to the corner and find someone who has been in the trenches and can pull you out.
?I hate to say this cliché but you are worth it. And if it's money that motivates you, you will make far, far more and reach your real potential once you clear yourself out.
?Plus, you will save money on a heart surgeon, marriage therapy, rehab centres for your kids, gardening leave for the affair partner, 2nd divorce, and the list goes on.
?This is not about judgment: this is about REAL.
?The secret is about getting you free to be an all-rounder, that energy vibe builds limitless businesses and sets you on a path to be a happy person at the click of your fingers.
?Happiness can’t be a choice if you haven’t made peace with the past, the present and you. It tends to slap you in the face, all your “go-to” to “feel good”, will simply no longer work and you just can't understand why. ?
?Most of us reject ourselves at some point in our lives, usually young and then press repeat, a business owner will show it through imposter syndrome.
?If this resonates and you're ready to plan the next stage in your life, bring all the different versions of yourself into one voice, see what limits you and transform your business or career:
?I’m your woman.
