Seriously, we and our employers are our / your own worst enemies! We weren't born to be able to deal with the stresses and strains we experience now, so I'm not being rude, people just haven't got a clue what to do about them until they;
And believe me, if you do hit the wall, it's a horrendous place, so just don't go there!
Prevention is much better than cure, personally, professionally and financially!
If you want to excel you learn. If you want to be the best you practice. If you want to compete you train. If you want to improve fitness you exercise. If you want to bulk you workout.
BUT how much time do you spend learning about, practicing with, training, exercising and working out your brain??? I know the answer. Most of you will say none. Those that have hit the wall and succesfully recovered will say always because they really don't ever want to go back to that place!
Don't go there, do it differently from now on. Please let me help you. It's not about money for me, it's about helping as many people as possible to not go anywhere near the places I've been!

1 年Good post! Preventing breakdown and blowouts addresses the best way to overcome negitive influencors, and how to provide environments with help is key! Management must encompass solutions that meet and mitigate successfully the way we work.
