So, what is going wrong?

You've got the perfect solution to your prospective client's problems, but you're only getting one or two Discovery Calls per week.


On the other hand, you're having ten 121s per week, so you're having chats...but they don't convert into spending clients.

You're discussing the weather; talking about how you are doing more networking events later in the week; and you even tell them what you do. But that's it! You say "good bye" and never see them again.


The problem is that hardly anyone is going to the next stage, 'The Discovery Call'.

So why is that?


One of the main reasons, is they don't understand.

They don't understand how your service solves their problem, but its worse!


They don't realise they even have a problem!

If they haven't got a problem, then your solution solves nothing. So how do you help potential clients realise they have problem?

  • Tell them client stories that go from frustration to delight
  • Remove the jargon so they can follow the story
  • Use some examples with simple numbers to see the impact of your service
