So, what exactly is The EX Space?

It’s a question we’ve been asked a few times since we launched this summer, so we thought we’d address it right here…

The EX Space is the membership-based learning community for employee experience and engagement practitioners - a place to grow, develop and excel with likeminded professionals from across the globe.

Our mission is to ‘enable the EX Era’ and we do this by providing plug-and-play tools, templates, diagnostics, the latest research and thinking from right across the EX world, a vibrant community and tons of learning.

You can think of it as a complete professional support system for anyone in an EX or engagement-focused role or tasked with driving change in this area.

Learning is at the heart of everything we do and our courses - both our cutting-edge cohort-based Masterclasses and short on-demand 'bite-size' modules - are included with our all-you-can-eat EX Pro membership (that's right, there's nothing extra to pay - just sign up and enrol!) It’s a founder-led community, so you’ll get plenty of access to our co-founders Emma Bridger and Lee Smith, who have nearly 60 years of combined experience in this space, working with some of the biggest organisations in the world.

Emma is the author of two highly acclaimed books on EX and engagement and Lee co-founded one of the leading specialist consultancies.
