So, what do you 'do' again?

So, what do you 'do' again?

Remember that hit movie from the 1980s, called Big?

Such an awesome comedy, starring a young Tom Hanks.

There's a scene where a big-wig Toy executive tries to pitch a transformer building.

The transformer turns into a building? It's a super-boring toy.

And Josh Baskin (played by Hanks), a 12 year-old boy trapped in an adult's body (thanks to a magical arcade machine), simply looks confused.

He says...

"I don't get it?"

This is how I feel when I meet eight out 10 business owners. (Seriously.)

This is also how I feel when I read most emails, or unsolicited contact requests.

It's how I feel when I visit most web-pages, like yours perhaps?

I'm left feeling bewildered and confused. ("I just don't get it?")

What the adult-child in Big is trying to say is, "How is this fun?"

Which, in the world of your business, could be re-phrased as...

"How is this useful to me?"

It's the first unspoken question that will cross the mind of everyone you meet, always and ever. (i.e. "How will this relationship be useful to me?")

It's the first thought that will pass through the mind of anyone who opens any of your emails or visits your expensively crafted website? (i.e. WIIFM?)

Most people don't get this.

Most people are NOT persuasive.

And that's because, first and foremost, they rarely take a moment to answer this question (or stop to consider HOW to answer this question).

That's why, this week, I'm hosting a free online lesson...

The 12 Principles of Persuasion & Influence [Limited to 300]

HERE: https://notsofreakyuniversity.com/caa-webinar-persuasion

I'll be walking attendees through a process that I use to make sure that all my sales messages are designed to compel action, a logical next step.

Sure, I can't fit all 12 in every message. (This post contains just three.)

But I use this system to ensure that I'm not wasting my time (and everybody else's) when I write an email, speak at an event, craft an article, produce a Facebook post and...

Well...

Communicate an any way with other people about my business.

It's a process. It's a checklist. It's a system.

And I'd like to share it with you.

IMPORTANT!!! This webinar is limited to only 300 attendees. I am only doing it once. I won't be offering replays, unless you want to buy the recording.

Here's the link again...

(Just then, I applied a principle called 'scarcity'. Did you see me do it? And it's not 'false scarcity' either. If you miss out, you miss out. Sorry!)

If ever you have pitched an idea or spoken to a potential customer or client or sent an email and got crickets... nothing... nada... confused silence...

Make sure that you secure your place here...

P.S. Finally, if you have a friend who needs to see this, Tag them or Share this message. Friends don't let friends assemble poorly performing sales pages. Friends don't let friends confuse and bore strangers at networking events.

Friends help helps become powerfully persuasive!
