My Lexus was totaled by a speeding driver. I was in pretty bad shape myself. I wasn't allowed to take anything from the car, and the car was towed. My drivers license, passport, and social on my medical insurance, and keys to everyplace I have: home, office, storage facility and warehouse were in the car too. All have been robbed.

No one can reach me at numbers and addresses I have had for as long as 50 years, like 305 823 KISS, 808 923 KISS, 305 823 8282. And today neither viviangreene.com or viviangreene.org can be accessed.

I have thousands of dollars in police charges for "false alarms." And the bank has taken autopay for fraudulent credit cards, but denied payment for my phone, fax, power and light, TV, cell -- all turned off, then on, then off again.

Who can help?
