Originally installed in 1982, The Oceanside Welcoming Arches greet visitors at the north side of Oceanside. Viewed from Interstate 5 and Historic Coast Highway by south-bound travelers, the newly replaced sign compliments Oceanside's vibrant downtown, Four-Star hospitality and spectacular beaches.

"BEFORE" The original letter set was showing its age. Worse, people tended to climb the letters like a ladder! The new cabinet serves two purposes; it reflects Oceanside's new vibrant downtown and Four Star hospitality but also prohibits folks from climbing to the top of the arch.
