Some game-changing updates from our AI team
Sometimes our product teams sneak in a few surprises! Ahead of schedule, the team released updates for Knowledge Hub, allowing you to train the AI even more. Upload multiple files sources, including PDFs, Touch Stay books, and custom topics and knowledge items. Plus, a quick reminder that Auto Reply is live for Mogul users, auto-messaging guests while you relax!
Mogul users are getting spoiled with features
Copilot has come early and is now live for all Mogul users! It’ll answer questions about your revenue, occupancy, and tasks, answering immediately. Team Presence lets you see who’s talked to guests in a conversation. Adjustments suggest the best way to categorize changes on a statement. Also, news about upcoming releases for branding, custom statements, and owner portals!
A long-awaited integration and channel updates
We’ve been asked about a certain integration for years and it’s finally here. Our Zapier integration is almost ready to go live! Connect with thousands of apps creating any custom workflows you can imagine. We have also made some great listing creation updates to our Booking.com connection and are working on adding Airbnb’s rule sets so you can manage them all in one place.?
It’s easier than ever to start saving with Direct
We’re improving the way we verify guests to make it more convenient for both guests and hosts! This will include less manual reviews and faster approvals, allowing for an easier check-in experience. Guests are now also able to pay their scheduled payments in full from the Guest Portal. Lastly, it’s never been easier to create a Direct site now that we’ve improved the builder!
