The Occupancy Intelligence Index is finally here. In this fourth edition we’re excited to reveal insights and trends about space design, space utilization, meeting rooms, and more.?

Key Insights:

• Employee behavior is changing. Time usage data shows that people are spending nearly 3x more time actively using collaboration spaces than focus spaces
• While the way people work is changing, the space mix isn’t. The current global space mix is 54.1% focus work and 18.4% collaboration space, despite the rising use of collaboration spaces.
• When it comes to meeting rooms, there’s room for improvement. The average number of people occupying a room regardless of the meeting room’s capacity is 1.78.?
