That's it folks. The Last Run has come to an end.
After a mammoth run of almost 11 years with Human Relief Foundation Pakistan, in two stints, the journey has come to an end. It has been one of the hardest decisions I have taken in my recent past, in my life. I am engulfed in mixed emotions.
I am carrying a very heavy heart, bearing the pain of departure and at the same time I am so grateful to Allah (SWT) for the great time I have had in this organization, for the great bonds I have built with all the brothers and sisters in the organization, for this blessed opportunity.
I can say with great pride to everyone in Human Relief Foundation that the bond with all of you has been as strong as the bond that is enjoyed between friends, between family. Together, we did what we could, we witnessed the highs and we witnessed the lows.
We couldn't have reached out to those in pain and in need without the permission of Allah (SWT), without the support of everyone who supported the causes, without the support and duas of all those reading this message.
Everybody reading this, your trust in us, your sacrifices can never be forgotten. We were just fortunate to be standing between the haves and the have-nots, between you and those in need. You all are the real change-makers, the real drivers of change, you changed their lives for good, you changed our lives for good.
I would like to express my immense gratitude to all those who tolerated me and was a part of this beautiful journey. I am grateful to the leaders of this organization back in UK and Pakistan - Dr. Nabeel Ramadhani, Brother Kassim Tokan and Brother Natheer Moaid - for being able to tolerate me, forgive me, to nurture me, to take care of me. You have stood right next to me during emergencies, during the best moments of my life.
I can never forget your favors, can never forget the role you played in my life, you trusted me when I was not worthy of trust.
In the end, I would like to express my gratitude to my team members over here in Pakistan and UK, present and past, for their wonderful support. I have TAGGED ALL who left a positive mark in my life. And, I would like to sincerely apologize who I forgot to tag.
On the same note, I would like to seek forgiveness from each and everyone of you, for my shortcomings, for something I said or did that caused you inconvenience, that hurt your feelings. It was never my intention to do so.
For those who do not work in this sector, here's something you should know. We work in the development sector and when we build these bonds, these bonds are unbreakable and built for a lifetime. HRF is my parent organization, so you will always find me a part of it, you will always find me by your side, you will always find me working and praying for your success, from the shadows.
My Brothers and Sisters at HRF, you will find me in your joy, in your sorrow and the first one to charge in when the battle is on.
The Last Run has come to an end, to become more faster, more bigger INSHALLAH. This Beautiful Chapter hasn't come to an end, it has just started.

PS - You all might find me unavailable for the next week, it's time to give the old body a rest, to give brains a break, to regain energies. It has been an emotional journey, the heart seeks peace and forgiveness.
