Graphic Design
 - Improving your graphic appeal is more than just part of the equation, in fact studies show it impacts conversion rates directly. Having the right colour, layout and graphics can play a vital role in increasing your click through rates. Graphic design does more for your conversion rate than almost any other factor. You need to be able to communicate professionalism and generate excitement using the small sample of graphics and images in your marketing emails. Not only by looking pretty but by making it easier for the user to find the action you want them to take! 

Improve Layout - Putting the click through button and call to action items to the forefront can do wonders to your conversion rate. Have a graphic designer or website expert go over your layout and simplify your layout to draw more attention to your call to action buttons. 

Offer a reward - Show your customers you care by giving away a discount or free gift as a sign of your appreciation no only when they do something but out of the blue. This helps to keep them engaged with your content even when they haven’t “actioned” a recent communication. 

Use HTML Templates - Email 101 - When your email marketing campaign isn't generating the conversion rates you are after, you can spruce up your emails by using HTML templates. There are many email services out there that will allow the use of HTML in their mass media marketing campaigns.

Utilise tracking methods - If you haven't integrated tracking in your email marketing, you are spinning your wheels. Essential to any successful mass email newsletter, tracking techniques allow you to see what is working, and what isn't. Having targeted emails that are quantifiable and based on statistics is what will get you to develop the right email marketing strategy. Challenge your ideas and A/B test the design, call to actions and content.
