A recap of Strategies for Success by REF:
Strategies for Success 2024 was a new experience for me, as this was the first time I was able to attend as a participant instead of as a presenter! It was neat to experience it from the other side, and I had a great time networking and learning alongside fellow entrepreneurs over the two day event.
The first day was most educational for me, as we took a deep dive into A.I. and I learned even more on this topic that has had my attention over the last several months in so many different ways. I learned applications and uses for A.I. capabilities that were completely new and it gave me even more to explore and think about as I get familiar with learning the technology and navigating my own path in using it!
Day 2 was all about communication among our peers and coworkers?within our organizations, which is my jam. As a participant, I sat back and paid attention to others I was with and it truly drove home that people who are leaders in their worlds are hungry for ways to communicate better and more effectively in very real situations every day.

Client Shout-Outs!?Here's to making lasting impact
One of my clients recently shared a remarkable achievement—a milestone that beautifully exemplifies Servant Leadership and a strong commitment to the community. On the same day, Cary Groninger, of G & G Hauling & Excavating, took part in two ribbon-cutting ceremonies for key community building projects, further showcasing the company’s ongoing investment in strengthening the local ecosystem. ?
