You might remember Snowy who works here on a part time basis as a Christmas decoration on our tree and wants to apply for an all-year-round position.

Shortly after uploading the CV, Snowy got a call from an Ericsson Recruiter called Maelle, wondering if he was free to have a chat sometime soon.
Although excited about the call, Snowy is nervous too. Any advice for Snowy?
