They must have extensive experience with SQL Databases and multiple programming languages. Additionally, they must possess communication skills to collaborate with business leaders to understand what the company wants to achieve from its vast datasets. Strong ETL knowledge in building Real Time jobs, Batch jobs, Scheduling and Web ServicesHands on experience in ETL process/design, source-target mapping, reviewing, writing, tuning complex BODS ETL code.Experience in physical characteristics such as table design, relationships, data partition, efficient indexes, storage allocation, capacity planning etcStrong knowledge on concepts of Slowly Changing Dimension, ABAP Data flow Extractions, Data warehouse concepts Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, OLTP and OLAPExperience in establishing connection with heterogeneous sources like Hadoop, Hive, Amazon, Salesforce, HANA, ServiceNow, API’s, Web service REST, Web service SOAP, various Databases etc.Hands on experience writing scripting language for custom functions, lookup functions, validation rules, transformation logic, command scripts.
