Is Snoop a Fan of my Work?

Is Snoop a Fan of my Work?

On March 14th of 2024 I released my first consistent AI model.

After a few weeks she wanted to upgrade from consistent character to AI Influencer.

On April 6th, I released this video showing how we did it.

Three days later on April 9th, 2024 she became the first AI Supermodel.

Yesterday, she appeared in the new Snoop Dogg Video by The Dor Brothers

You can see her at 1:05.

Do I wish she was better animated?

Yes.

Do I wish I had been credited in some way?

Of course.

Is she open source?

Absolutely.

You Do Not Own Your AI Creations

As much as I love AI, it’s important to remember that anything you create with AI you do not own.

Unless a new law is passed, the U.S. Copyright Office has stated that AI-generated works without human authorship are not eligible for copyright protection

I don’t think entering a prompt into Midjourney (even a really good one) counts as authorship.

She was public domain the moment I created her.

That's why using AI to write your books and blog posts isn't a good idea.

You are creating content that you don't own.

Anyone can use it.

I'm not upset that my creation is in this video, I'm PROUD of her.

They don't have to credit me in any way.

I would never have known except this video appeared in my feed.

Use AI the Right Way

The absolute worst use case for AI is content generation.

Not just because you often get a low quality result, which is the most common reason.

But because you don't own it.

The best uses for AI are solving problems in the workplace such as inefficient meetings, workplace interruptions, and data organization.

Let me show you just what AI can do for your company when you focus on the right use cases.

Well said. I agree. AI is to be used to help and enhance people’s lives. Also credit should been given nonetheless.
