In these times of a global pandemic, civil strife in the United States, and a depressed economy, cause a lot of worries. These things can dampen the mood of many and blunt their resolve to prevail in these challenging times.
Fretting about the past or being focused excessively or obsessively on the future should be curtailed. Focus on the day at hand. Create objectives that can be attained. Once you meet them, it is like getting free gasoline for your car. You can continue onto your next goal. Relish the accomplishments that you have made. This will improve your mindset. You have become victorious. You are a champion ready and willing to go onto the next "match" of your life.
If you believe in God or a Higher Power, place your burdens on Him. This will enable to deal with matters-in-hand. God is with you. Go and conquer!

Check out government agencies, the United Way, and other charitable organizations for help in obtaining food, employment, and other services. Keep on keeping on. Do not give up!
