Impostor syndrome isn't just about feeling that you're about to be found out as a fraud. It's also got some more subtle symptoms.

3 年Objective measures are a great help, that's why I like models like IIBA's competency framework. (A lot of professional associations have similar things) If your prepossessions guiding documents say you're an expert, "with a couple of gaps", you should accept that (and do something about the gaps. Paying an expert to ensure you never have to worry about those gaps is an acceptable strategy!)
